Our client, Make Your Mark Training & Consulting (MYM) (www.mymsuccess.com) has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, energetic and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in South Surrey.

This position is newly created due to rapid growth within the company.   • Handle inbound request by phone, email and making the customer experience as effortless as possible.
  • Process new orders.
  • Work with our Elite students to assist with on boarding them and scheduling.
  • Use Leads Rain software for communication pieces.
  • Work with Accounts Receivables.
  • Methodically troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with the rest of the Client Care Team.
  • Contribute to personal and group projects to improve procedures and processes across the department.
  • Follow up on all calls and inquiries from events and/or requests for tickets.
  • Filing and other general office tasks, as required.


  • At least 1 year experience in a phone customer service role, preferably in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel).
  • Experience working with CRM.
  • Typing speed at least 60 wpm.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Excellent customer service/relations experience.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven commitment to accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment and readily adaptable to change.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, professional team player.
