Our client, Make Your Mark Training & Consulting (MYM) (www.mymsuccess.com) has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic Results Specialist to join their dynamic team in South Surrey.

MYM lives by the tagline “Business with Soul“, which simply means doing business with Heart in a way that makes a positive impression on all those that your business impacts. The primary function of the Business Results/Sales Specialist role is to put hearts in seats at MYM’s flagship events. This involves following up and connecting with warm leads which come through Facebook Campaigns and other referral networks.

The ideal candidate will be positive, upbeat, professional, excellent telephone manner (must love the phone), sales experience, able to work well under time restraints, and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven. This position may have flexibility to work from home and hours flexible to work with around the various time zones (Canada and US).

As the ideal candidate, you:

  • Are extremely organized, customer service focused and can manage several tasks at a time, effectively and efficiently.
  • Love to work with small business owners and assist them to the best-suited event.
  • Are a self-managed, self-starter and exceptional at following up.
  • Are an outgoing, inspiring and optimistic person who likes to interact on the phone with a variety of people and is passionate about MYM and the success of clients through your belief in personal development and growth of both yourself and MYM clients.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships.

In this role, you will…

  • Follow up on all warm leads from Facebook campaigns and other networks.
  • Use of databases and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to work with strong attention to detail and time lines.
  • Coordinate and assist with implementation of new clients and/or services for existing clients, including transition of services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales position.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service/relations experience.
  • Experience working with CRM.
  • Professional and positive telephone manner.
  • Be extremely organized and can manage several tasks simultaneously while being effective and efficient with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven commitment to accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment and readily adaptable to change.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, professional team player.
  • Fluent in Spanish, would be an asset.
